What We Do
Project Methodology
Our Project Approach
At Cana Yakın, no project is implemented simply because it is a good idea. Every effort follows our Six-Step Approach: identifying the right need, assessing feasibility, preparing people, implementing in the field, monitoring regularly and creating lasting social benefit. The model provides shared discipline while remaining flexible to each project's needs.
Think
Every project begins by asking the right question. We examine the need on site, listen to stakeholders and understand the root cause before planning any action.
Assess
Needs are assessed from multiple perspectives, including feasibility, social benefit, cost and sustainability. Every project rests on a strong rationale before launch.
Support
Ideas alone do not bring projects to life; people do. Volunteers, experts and project teams complete the necessary preparation and build a shared working culture.
Launch
Once preparation is complete, the project launches in a controlled way. Coordination, record-keeping and transparency remain core principles throughout implementation.
Monitor
Every project is monitored regularly. Activities, finances and results are assessed at defined intervals, and improvements are planned when needed.
Sustain
A project is complete not on the day it is implemented, but when it leaves a lasting impact. Sustainability is therefore integral to every effort.
The Six-Step Approach
This is not merely a checklist. It ensures that every effort follows the same institutional discipline, sense of responsibility and goal of social benefit.
